CANCELLATIONS
(before receiving the product)

 

Cancellation of purchase prior to invoice issue and product shipment
The manifestation of the client must be expressed, by e-mail, that he wishes to exercise his right of repentance. We will make the chargeback with the credit carrier without any charge to the consumer. 

Cancellation of purchase that is with the carrier 
In case of withdrawal of the purchase after the invoice has been issued, refuse the delivery of the product. After returning the goods to our Distribution Center, we will process the refund in the same form of payment and in the total amount paid for the purchase.

Repayment by repentance
The deadline to exercise the right of repentance is 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. Repentance and return of any unused product, with the original accessories, with the IRONBAG identification tag and with the identification document of the order. The accessories must not show signs of use, unless returned by defect of manufacture. 

To request the return of the product by repentance send a email to atendimento@ironbag.com.br expressing your willingness to return the item.


Return/ Exchange due to manufacturing defect
The deadline to exercise the right of exchange for manufacturing defect is the term of the warranty after the date of receipt of the product. The warranty period is available on the website, specifically in the WARRANTY TERM section. 

To request the return/ exchange of the product or accessory, send an e-mail to atendimento@ironbag.com.br describing the defect presented and, if possible, an image for rapid manifestation of the Quality Sector. 

In cases where Return Shipping is the responsibility of Iron Bag, we will send a reverse logistics code for product posting. 

Other procedures will be informed by e-mail, always focusing on the complete satisfaction of the IRONBAG client. 


RESTITUTION OF VALUES 


After receiving and analyzing the product by the Quality Department, we will arrange a refund of the payment with the credit carrier or the payment method used at the time of purchase. This may take up to 30 days to be viewed on your credit card statement. 

The customer's bank information is your responsibility and if they are not correct Iron Bag is not responsible for the loss of payment. 

Iron Bag is exempt from the responsibility to cancel any product that does not meet the requirements of the Exchange and Returns Policy.
