PRODUCT CARE

The whole IRONBAG line is made of high quality materials, selected with great rigor. The making of the products is handmade, with great attention to detail, as we know that our customer is differentiated.

The natural wear of the bag is normal by use. However, the care and cleaning with the product will surely make it last longer and in good condition.

Have you used your bag for a good period of time? It is time to sanitize.

How to clean IRONBAG?
Important that improper cleaning can cause damage to the product, voiding the warranty. Be cautious and use common sense.

- Use neutral soap (never use detergents, solvents or other chemicals) and a damp sponge. Clean the product inside and outside. Be sure to dry thoroughly before storing. You can use a dryer (in the COLD AIR function) or let it dry in the shade

- Do not wash in washing machines.

- Store the product in a dry and cool place to avoid the proliferation of microorganisms

- More difficult stains can be cleaned using soft brushes (nylon bristles), however, depending on the abrasion, can damage the coating and the integrity of the materials of the bag. Be cautious.

- Do not expose the bag to a dryer as heat may damage the materials. Do not place to dry in the sun as it may discolor the coatings.

Snapware
- Wash them with cold or warm water, with a soft sponge and soap, to avoid abrasion damage.

- If you remove them from the freezer, pass them under running water so they do not crate or suffer damage.

- Do not expose them to the sun

- When placing in the microwave, remove the lid completely to warm it.

- Beware of instruments or sharp materials as they may damage the snapware

- Take care of the covers, avoid subjecting them to any weight or placing them on surfaces that are not flat

- Avoid red sauces or food with dyes, but if you have a problem with stain, leave the sauce in water and detergent. This will cause the fat to loosen and make cleaning easier.

- Remove the lid when storing them, as it prevents any residual smell.
